When Does My Order Ship And When Will It Arrive?
Your order will arrive via UPS or USPS. Orders placed before 11:00 AM PST Monday -Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST Monday - Friday will ship the following business day, in the morning. Sometimes, shipping and arrival can be delayed by holidays or carrier peak periods.
We will email you a tracking number as soon as your package has shipped, and therefore encourage you to provide us that information. Once your package has shipped, you can refer to the image below to figure our your estimated shipping time.

I Made A Mistake When I Placed My Order. Can I Change It?
If you catch this mistake right away or within a few hours, please contact us via email at email@example.com. A representative will do whatever they can to assist you. We do not cover the cost of a return label if you've made a mistake.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason we made a mistake, we will cover the cost of the return shipping and give you a full refund, credit or an exchange. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
What If My Item Is Defective?
We will cover the cost of return shipping, or issue you a Non-defective product.
